You can book any experience in advance with our concierge team via email, or you can visit them at the concierge desk in our main lobby upon arrival. We recommend booking popular activities like the yacht charter at least 2 weeks in advance.
We offer both! Most of our experiences, like the waterfall trek, are small-group (max 6 people) to ensure an intimate setting. Any experience, including the yacht charter and culinary class, can be booked as a completely private journey for you and your partner or family.
For most of our on-site activities like the culinary class, we offer free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. For third-party experiences like the private yacht, we require 72 hours' notice. Our concierge will confirm all details at the time of booking.
We recommend comfortable attire. For the Waterfall Trek, closed-toe hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers are required. For the Yacht Charter, please bring swimwear, sunglasses, and a hat. For the Culinary Class, casual wear is perfectly fine. We will provide all specialized equipment, including snorkeling gear, towels, and cooking aprons.
